Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Ensure all designer items are unworn with original tags attached, and place them back in their original luxury packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our specialists inspect the returned items for authenticity and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
